“ I had a delicious, authentic Turkish meal at the new Turkish Grill this afternoon. As I was the only customer, it afforded me the opportunity to speak to the two owners @length. They were friendly, very polite, and well-spoken. I opted for the lentil soup to start my meal & it was quite flavorful. It came w/a generous basket of warm Turkish bread, a dish of olive oil with an olive paste, and also a bulger appetizer that was new to me. For my entree, I chose the lamb kebobs which were comprised of 3 skewers of good quality, tender lamb. It was served w/warm pita bread, pickled onions, tomato, and pepperoncini. The portion was large enough to take 1/2 home for tomorrow's lunch.I concluded my meal w/a refreshing and mild Turkish tea and their pumpkin dessert. My advice is: Try it & you'll surely like it! ”

“ We saw the Turkish Grill House when driving by and decided to try it out. They are colocated with the Old Time Kafe, operating 3pm-midnight after the Old Time Kafe closes. It is a great business model for a new business. The staff were very friendly and informative and the menu was full of traditional Turkish food. We love Turkish cuisine and we're excited to try a new place, we were not disappointed. We started with the Paçanga Börek (a pastrami spring roll) and they provide some bread, olive spread, and a mixture of eggplant, yogurt, and onions. It was crispy and surprisingly light. It had a little spice and was fun to eat. The bread, olive, and eggplant mixture were fresh and a great way to wake up the taste buds. To drink we had Turkish tea and a Turkish coffee, while strong neither were bitter and did not need sugar. For the meal we had the mixed shush kebab and the lamb shish kebab, both were perfectly cooked, well seasoned, with excellent cuts of meat that meant it was tender and moist. The mixed shish kebab had chicken, beef, and kofte (a meatball) with pita, tomato, and onion. We got the white rice with it. The lamb shish kebab was my favorite and we got it with the bulgur rice. We cannot emphasize enough how high quality the meat was and how well cooked. The grill added a lovely char while keeping the meat super tender. We ended the meal with baklava which was very crispy, just enough honey, and a lovely nuttiness. It was paired with Turkish tea, which is hot and a stronger black tea. A perfect complement to the meal. The prices are appropriate for the quality of the meat, the extras provided, and the excellent preparation. It is well worth the cost. One thing that just echoed throughout the service was the professional and friendly service. The waiter said, if we are happy and enjoyed the meal then they are happy. It was a wonderful way to end a lovely meal. ”

Ordered the chicken curry and the mixed shish kebab plate for the main course and trade the lentil soup as a starter and couldn't be any more impressed. The chicken was so tender It was almost kind of weird, but the flavors were incredible. The steak shish kebab was full of flavor, and very tender, absolutely amazing meal for a fairly reasonable price. With drinks it was $55 total before tip. Which I think is a pretty fair price for an amazing meal, home cooked, full of flavor, and our server could not have been any more attentive. ”
